What time does the Gameology Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale start and finish?
The Gameology Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale starts at 10am AEDT on 25^th November and will run until 11:59pm AEDT on 28^th November.

Are there any products not included in the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale?
Gameology Gift Cards and any Trading Card Game products are excluded from our Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and will therefore not count towards your total order amount for discounts auto-calculated at checkout. 

Do TCG products or Gift Cards count towards the total for discounts auto-calculated at checkout?
Unfortunately not, as they are not included in the sale. 

When does the discount get applied to my purchase?
The discount is automatically applied at checkout for all items in your cart that are eligible for the sale (TCG products or Gift Cards do not count towards your total).

Does the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount apply in-store as well?
Yes it sure does! Come on down to our Brunswick or Clayton South store and you’ll receive the same discounts – plus you’ll get to chat to our friendly staff who can recommend a game or two! 

I’ve made multiple orders throughout the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale, can I have all of them combined into one?
While we are unable to combine orders once placed, it is possible to move stocked items only (pre-orders are unable to be combined with other orders also containing pre-orders) from one order to another – this is subject to whether all orders are able to be withheld from dispatch. Please submit a request to our Customer Care team urgently should you wish to confirm whether this is possible for you – kindly note that this is not a guarantee we will be able to action your request, and may delay the dispatch of your order by up to 24hrs. Does the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount apply to already discounted products?
Absolutely! Already discounted products count towards your order total (excluding TCG products or Gift Cards) at checkout, so the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount will apply on-top of the additional on-sale price!

Can I use my Gamer’s Guild rewards or another discount code on my order during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale?
Our Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount cannot be used in conjunction with any additional discount codes or rewards. If you wish to purchase items excluded from the sale (Trading Card Game products and Gift Cards) using reward points or other discount code, you will be required to place a separate order. 

Can I apply for a price-match on my product and also receive the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount on-top of my price-match?
Per our Competitive Pricing Policy, price-matched products are ineligible for further discounts. You are welcome to submit a price-match on any product, however we will only be able to offer you the best deal at the time if all price-match conditions are met – i.e. we will only be able to process a price-match on a product in a separate order as the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale discount will not apply. 

Does the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount apply to pre-order products?
Yes it does! Pre-order products count towards your order total (excluding TCG products or Gift Cards) at checkout! Please note however that per our Pre-Order Policy we will hold the entire order until all pre-order products are stocked in to our warehouse, so you may wish to place separate orders for these products based on release date. When will you dispatch the items I purchased as part of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale?
In order to get your games on the table as soon as we can, we strive to process all our orders as quickly as possible.
Orders made before 12pm AEDT will be packed the same business day.
Orders made after 12pm AEDT will be packed the next business day.
All of our orders are shipped by our team directly from the Gameology Warehouse located at 12 Eileen Road Clayton South, VIC 3169.
Please note: due to the large volume of orders, there may be a dispatch delay of up to 3 business days from date of purchase. 

When will I receive the items I purchased as part of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale?
Standard Delivery ETA: 2-10 business days from date of dispatch. 
Express Delivery ETA: 1-4 business days from date of dispatch. 
Please note: the above ETAs are subject to change based on courier (i.e. AusPost) capacity.
All orders will be shipped fully-tracked with tracking emailed directly to you once dispatched from our warehouse. 

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Our Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale discounts are only valid on in-stock or pre-order products (excluding TCG products and Gift Cards). Any items that are out of stock at the time of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period are not eligible to be purchased with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount at a later time.
