Delivery Delays to Western Australia – Gameology

To our avid gamers in WA, 

We regret to inform you we’ve been made aware of delays to Standard and Express Deliveries to your state. 

Unfortunately due to a train derailment on the main freight line used by the majority of courier services to WA and continued adverse weather events, the information we’re currently receiving from AusPost is that Standard Delivery may take a up to 18 business days from dispatch to reach the destination while this is cleared.

Express Delivery is being prioritised as AusPost adds more road-freight services to the state, however as the demand for the service grows in light of this incident, the current ETA for Express Delivery is 1-7 business days.

If you’ve placed and order with us via Standard Delivery which has shipped, AusPost is confident they will be able to deliver your parcel within 18 business days. 

If you’ve placed and order with us which has not shipped, we strongly recommend submitting a Support Request to our Customer Care Team here to have your shipping upgraded to Express to ensure it’s delivered to you asap.
